<p><em>This research aims to determine the influence of leaership style and work discipline on employee performance at BPR Semeru Purwodadi. BPR Semeru Purwodadi is a private banking sector. This research uses quantitative methods, data was collected through questionaires given to 58 employye BPR Semeru Purwodadi which comes from various divisions and levels. The questionaires measures the level of leaership style and work discipline in the company through the answers of each respondent, as well as assessing employee performance based on predermined indicators. The data obtained were in analysis using analytical techniques, which used were multiple regression tests, t tests, f tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The research population was 58 people with a sample of 58 respondents. The results of this research show that leadership style has a positive and not significant effect on the performance of BPR employee Semeru Purwodadi. <p style="font-weight: 400;"><em>The purpose of this PPG Study Program research scheme is to analyze the satisfaction index model of Widya Dharma University Teacher Professional Program students from the quality of academic and non-academic learning services through analysis of the satisfaction value of each element. The research method used is quantitative research. Respondents in the research were 200 students. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Quantitative tests in research in the form of primary data description tests and statistical value descriptions of each element. <p><em>This study aims to determine whether ethical leadership (X<sub>1</sub>), the whistleblowing system (X<sub>2</sub>), internal control (X<sub>3</sub>), ethical values (X<sub>4</sub>), and religiosity (X<sub>5</sub>) influence fraud mitigation (Y). Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 160 respondents, with 120 completed questionnaires returned. The analysis methods used in this study include descriptive analysis, instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), and statistical tests (t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test)</em><em>. </em><em>The findings of this study indicate that ethical leadership has a positive effect on fraud mitigation, the whistleblowing system has no effect on fraud mitigation, internal control has a positive effect on fraud mitigation, ethical values have a positive effect on fraud mitigation, and religiosity has a positive effect on fraud mitigation.</em></p>Kiki Puspa SariOki KuntaryantoSusyanti Susyanti

<div> <p><em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sragen Regency both partially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative research. The sampling technique uses the census technique by taking the entire existing population. The population of this study were 50 respondents who were all ASN and THL employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sragen Regency. The analysis techniques used are research instrument test, hypothesis testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination (R²). Multiple linear regression test results Y = 9.715 + 0.378X1 + 0.510X2 + 0.435X3. The results of the t test of the leadership variable on employee performance obtained the t value (4,423)> from the t table (2,013) and the resulting significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 which means that leadership partially has a positive effect on employee performance. The t test results of the work discipline variable on employee performance obtained the t value (5.234)> from the t table (2.013) and the resulting significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 which means that work discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance. The results of the t test of the work motivation variable on employee performance obtained the t value (4,806)> from the t table (2,013) and the resulting significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, which means that work discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance.</span></em></p> </div>Ambyah Atas Aji AjiM Guntur MaulanaDesy Amalia Candrakusuma

<p><em>Financial literacy is the ability of individuals to manage their finances wisely. One of its important impacts is increasing financial inclusion, which refers to people's access to formal financial services. This study aims to analyze the contribution of financial literacy to financial inclusion by considering education as a moderating variable, specifically among female teachers in Klaten Regency. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression and path analysis approaches. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, active female teachers from various elementary and secondary schools in Klaten Regency. The results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial inclusion. In addition, educational level strengthens the relationship between financial literacy and financial inclusion, making education an effective moderating variable.
